Case Study: Carolina Pharmacy

It seems like months ago when we first started COVID testing at our pharmacy. Our local website team made an online form that required patients who wanted a rapid COVID test to input their personal information and answer a few questions COVID-related questions. The patient’s submission would be emailed to my pharmacy staff who would hand-transcribe the information onto our state department’s COVID form. The staff would then call the patient for payment and ring them up.

The process was so flawed and required about 10-15 minutes per patient/test. Not to mention, our phones would be ringing off the hook. Patients will receive email notification of their appointment confirmation, reminders 24 hours in advance of appointments and each testing location can receive transcribed forms based on the patient information that you collect.

The platform can be either be embedded into your existing website within a frame, or sit on its own on a completely separate website. We will discuss the best approach with you once you place your order, and this will largely depend on how you develop your marketing scheme and the current website platform you are using.

Once you have placed your order we will request information from you such as test types, prices, locations, calendar availability, number of slots, duration of slots, government forms, etc. This information will be used to build your bespoke scheduling platform.
